Objective
The purpose of this role is to handle and process end consumer claims, arranging repair work, answering company hot line about complaints and inquries. Daily communication with Natuzzi china to idenfy defect reason and repair strategy to ensure customer satification.
Description
Specific responsibilities include:
Answer company hotline and follow up complaints including negotiate the discount repair strategy. Communicate with factory daily to identify defect reason and repair strategy in order to have better trouble shooting Process discount or local repair to solve and close claim in Nares Arrange the on site repair work and return to factory repair activities. Porcess the billing from supplier for repair work and input cost into claims Follow up the check upon arrival and delivery statistics and on site check once a week in warehouse Constantly provoking logistis in order to have better operation and better customer experience. Escalate cases in order to avoid media exposure and PR situtation
Qualifications:
1. College graduate or above;
2. At least 3 years of working experience preferably worked at complaint / feedback section / within furniture industry;
3. Good communication skills across departments including handling differences/conflicts, passion, good energy, can work under pressure;
4. A 100% customer oriented mind-set and a good understanding of sales, marketing and business;
5. Good command of English Speaking and Writing;
6. Familiar with Letter of Credit, MS Office, excellent Word & Excel ability, SAP user is a plus.
