Currently PPD is recruiting for Facilities Coordinator to join our Company.

Essential Functions

  • Implements daily facility / office administration work and task
  • Coordinates contractor and vendor services.
  • Coordinate and purchase necessary equipment in daily works, including negotiating price,quality, and delivery
  • Coordinate in the space planning and move management for the office
  • Provides support for Facility management and for other site management as needed.
  • Works with other department on inter-department coordination, the implementation ofsecurity systems
  • Coordinates project schedules and timelines, in conjunction with line manager in the officemove and improvement
  • Assist Health & Safety Committee personnel and acts as Facilities liaison to help coordinate and / or follow up on Health & Safety related activities
  • To be the back-up during the absence of Facilities personnel
  • Assist the Line Manager in other necessary tasks and to perform other duties as assigned
  • Responds to Facilities-related emergencies as assigned
  • Ensure that Facilities policies and procedures are followed

Education and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of general office operations and/or facility management experience.Bachelor degree or equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
  • Fluent English both verbally and in written
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Team player
  • Proven ability to be flexible in a fast moving and challenging office environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
  • Must be able to multi task daily and pay close attention to detail
