General Responsibilities: 

 

Gather market information & provide basic analysis for preparing proposal 

To assist in building a proposal including concept, budget and to present it to client 

To assist AM developing and maintaining client, communicating with client and advise him 

To manage events, including project scoping, project planning, cost estimation, and monitoring of timeline and quality

 

Detailed Responsibilities: 

 

?  Gather market information & provide basic analysis for preparing proposal 

?  To assist in building a proposal including concept, budget and to present it to client 

?  To assist AM developing and maintaining client, communicating with clients

?  To manage events, including project scoping, project planning, cost estimation, and monitoring of timeline and quality

?  To make sure deliverables are according to our clients designated guidelines and requirements

?  To supervise and coordinate on site to ensure quality of event 

?  To coordinate with internal teams, local and regional client offices, as well as external vendors, service suppliers and partners 

?  Can frequent travel inside our region (mainland China) for coordinating the projects will be an advantage

 

Requirements & Qualifications: 

 

?  Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role with an event managing background, or fashion, road shows background

?  Solid experience, knowledge of event & exhibition production coordination. University Graduate major from Marketing, Advertising or Communications 

?  Must have excellent Excel and PowerPoint Skills

?  Creative mind and good problem solving

?  Reactive and proactive

?  Very organized efficient and ability to work under pressure

?  Good at English and Mandarin, capable of speaking, reading and writing in both languages
