岗位职责：

1、熟悉餐厅服务技能及公寓运作。

2、严格遵守公寓规制制度，服从上司工作安排，对客人及上司、同事礼貌对待。

3、负责早餐客餐备餐，收餐服务，餐厅及员工餐厅日常卫生管理。

4、负责会议室的会议服务工作。

岗位要求：

1、有餐厅服务员经验者优先。

2、有熟练的服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力，能妥善处理服务中出现的一般性问题。

3、掌握餐厅服务规程。

4、工作主动、热情、认真，责任心较强。

5、身体健康，仪表端庄。
