1、根据公司整体经营目标，制定、组织实施公司人力资源战略，建设发展人力资源各项构成体系，***限度地开发人力资源，为实现公司经营发展战略目标提供人力保障；

2、制定人员招聘计划，进行初步的面试与筛选，做好各部门间的协调工作，并根据实际情况进行员工内部调岗、晋升、降级等人员优化配置；

3、根据公司对绩效管理的要求，组织实施绩效管理，并对各部门绩效评价过程进行监督控制，及时解决其中出现的问题，使绩效评价体系能够落到实处，并不断完善绩效管理体系；

4、组织制定、执行、监督公司人事管理制度；

5、配合公司进行企业文化建设，提高员工的凝聚力；

任职资格：

1、三年以上人力资源工作经验，包括至少两年管理岗工作经验，

2、人力资源管理、行政管理等专业优先考虑；

3、具人力资源发展战略系统思维，熟悉人力资源六大模块工作和流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策；
