职位描述
1. 领导力强，工作主动性高；
2. 对餐厅培训工作的策划，员工素质，服务水准，服务技巧负有培训提高的责任；
resposible for trainning and improvement of restaurant or transfer their work according to the needs of the work.
4. 处理餐厅的日常业务工作，处理客人的投诉；
handle the daily business of the restaurant and handle customers' complaints;
5. 了解各类客人的风俗习惯，口味特点，特别是重要客人，常客的习惯特点，建立档案，以便有针对性地为客人服务。
understand the customs, and habit of all kinds of guests, as well as their taste characteristics, especially those of important guests and regular customers, and set up a file to provide targeted services to guests.
6. 监督商品的要货， 上货，补货，做好进货验收，商品陈列，商品质量和服务质量管理等有关工作；
supervisions of goods, replenishement, do a good job on the homework incoming inspection, product display, product quality and service quality management.
任职要求：
1. 至少3年以上西餐厅前场服务工作经验，至少2年以上餐厅管理经验，英语良好，能和外籍顾客流利沟通，
at least 3 years working experience in western restaurant front service, at least 2 years experience in restaurant management, good english can communicate with foreign customers fluently.
2. 具有管理调度和组织餐厅全面工作的能力，对餐厅的财产管理和费用管理有相当经验；
have the abilities to manage , schedule and organize the overall work of the restaurant, and have considerable experience in the property management and expense management of the restaurant.
3. 有较强的销售能力，顾客沟通能力，良好的服务意识，社交能力强;
strong ability of sales, communication, good sense of service， good social skills.
