Key responsibilities:

1.Achieve production targets -product quality, scrap rates and productivity.

2.Responsible for equipment performance, including trouble shooting, process control & improvement, changeover time optimization and OEE improvement.

3.Assure optimal manpower arrangement against production schedule, make sure the operation compliance against procedure and 5S standard.

4.Involve in production planning and control to ensure shipping demands are met.

5.Ensure achievement of MRPII metrics, including schedule compliance and working in process inventory level and accuracy.

6.Achieve EHS goals. Carries out assignments outlined in safety and security manual and reinforce safety and security regulations.

7.Develop operation procedures or processes change to meet the needs of Legacy

Value Stream operation in production & Engineering areas if necessary and document the process.

8.Apply up-to-date Lean Six Sigma concept and the tools to the responsible manufacturing areas for continuous improvement.

9.Execute company policies outlined in personnel manual.

10.Responsible for all subordinates'performance management and career development.

11.Prepare shift reports on quality, productivity, labor turnover and equipment utilization.

12.Facilitate participation activities within VS team i.e. communication and Fit promotion and training.

13.Take up the assignments from VS Manager.

Requirements:

1.University Graduate or above, major in manufacturing management or business management or Engineering.

2.Minimum four to five years' experience in manufacturing base company as shop floor supervisor.

3.Have experience in Production, Lean/ Kaizen and knowledge or exposure in Engineering and Quality.

Others:

· Have Possesses basic engineering knowledge.

· Understand product standard and QA process control.

· Basic knowledge of lean six sigma tool and knowledge of statistics on quality analysis.

· Good problem resolving and change management skill.

· Good IMS system knowledge.

· Good PC skill and skillful in SAP system operation.

Supervision:

Supervise shift supervisor/ line leaders, line mechanics and QC inspector of Legacy Value Stream of assigned shift.

P.S.: The position need be assigned of 4-shift rotating.
