岗位职责:

Summary of Responsibilities:
Dispensing medication to patients and providing drug information to patients and hospital staff, performing clinical pharmacy projects.

Responsibilities:
Primary Duties-
? Reviews and interprets prescription orders and verifies accuracy and completeness of patient labeling and input into pharmacy computer.
? Evaluates and resolves real or potential prescription related problems.
? Provides patient consultation on prescription and OTC medications.
? Establish a pharmaceutical care practice in conjunction with physicians and other care providers.
? Reviews inpatient orders and screens them for possible duplications, interactions.
? Dispense medication to in-house patients
? Actively participates in clinical pharmacy projects and quality indicator monitoring
? Provides guidance and supervision for junior pharmacists and pharmacist trainees.

Other Duties Performed-
? Ordering inventory and doing periodic inventory check.
? Performing monthly narcotic inventory.
? Take part in night and weekend shifts.
? Compounding products for our department stock.
? Ensuring and promoting medication use safety in hospital

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy major or equivalent
? Minimum 7 years work experience in a pharmacy (community or hospital) setting or 2year work experience in international clinic setting
? Licensed Pharmacist License or Senior title by Ministry of Health required
Skills:
? Be able to perform the above duties independently.
? Excellent communication skills in English and/or Chinese.
? Provide supervision and training to junior pharmacist.
Knowledge:
? Knowledge of government laws pertaining to drugs, narcotics and pharmacy practice.
? Knowledge of drug information in English and Chinese and familiar with drug formulary
? Knowledge of clinical pharmacy preferred
