工作职责：

1. 负责制定所分管区域的合作项目的发展规划、计划与方案。
2. 负责完成所分管区域的运营目标制定，负责计划、协调、指导和评估门诊的运营进度和流程管理，并不断优化改进。
3. 负责分管区域绿色转诊通道，专家资源或设备资源等拓展、维护和应用。
4. 合理配置资源，进行有效的团队绩效管理，保证各运营计划及项目的有效执行；
5. 建设和发展培养优秀的运营队伍，推动团队业绩，提升公司品牌形象。
6. 迅速识别并协调解决与医患沟通、服务、环境、设施、设备等相关运营问题。
7. 负责专业讲座、沙龙等活动的组织、策划、实施
8. 负责患者资源开拓及维护工作。
   
   
   

任职要求：

1、医疗护理或管理等相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2、3-4年医疗或透析/血液净化行业销售、市场、运营管理等相关岗位工作经验；

3、有较强的项目协调、沟通谈判能力、分析判断力、人际关系处理能力、计划与执行能力；

4、能适应出差，熟悉并有当地医疗行业资源，具有客户渠道或开发经验者优先；

5、英语熟练者优先。
