工作职责：

1、根据公司分配的客户名单，对客户进行保险回访以及销售。 (客户由公司提供，资源优质)。

2、协助销售主管，对客户二次维护。

3、负责新产品的推广和销售，完成销售任务。

4、为客户提供信息咨询、保单管理、理赔、保险金领取等全方位综合金融理财服务。

5、完成公司老客户维护，进行保单解释和问题回答。及时为老客户转保，续交保费提醒。

6、公司举办活动，积极邀约客户，并向客户宣传新出政策和新产品。

任职要求：

1、热爱销售工作，思维敏捷，口齿清晰、语言富有感染力；

2、具有一定的学习能力，并能在学习的基础上进行创新；

3、具有良好的职业道德，能吃苦耐劳，敢于挑战高薪，抗压力强，

4、具有团队合作精神和灵活的应变能力；

5、入职后有全套系统培训；

6、年龄：20-30岁，大专以上学历（优秀高中、中专均可破例录取）

上班时间：朝九晚六 周末双休
