SQE – Job description供应商质量工程师职责描述

Quality assurance (QA) aims to ensure that the product or service an organization provides is fit for its purpose and meets customer expectations. The supplier quality engineer (SQE) acts as a frontrunner in procurement and on-site supplier quality assurance.

品质保证的目的是在于确保该组织所提供的产品和/或服务符合既定的预想和客户的期望。供应商质量工程师（以下简称SQE）在供应商的质量保证方面，负责实施现场的监督和引导。

The SQE monitors and advises on supplier quality performance, conducts pre-shipment inspections, is committed to upgrade supplier quality systems and publishes data and reports regarding company performance against set indicators.

SQE监督和反馈供应商的质量水平表现，现场实施出货前的质量检查，促进供应商质量系统的完善和提高，收集、整理公司整体质量保证表现的具体数据，对比预设的质量指标，向公司管理层汇报。

SQE liaise with QA managers and purchasing staff to ensure that the supplier QA system is functioning properly. Where appropriate, the SQE advises on changes and their implementation and provides training, tools and techniques to enable suppliers to achieve quality.

SQE要密切联系QA经理和负责采购的同事，共同确保供应商的品质保证系统能有效运作。对于一些危害或者妨碍到品质保证系统正常运行的问题，SQE要提出针对性的建议和改善措施，并实施相关的培训，使用适当的工具和技术去确保供应商质量保证系统和水平得到改进。

SQE Responsibilities SQE的工作职责

• Support assigned QC activities and supplier development process, Perform supplier audits and assessments for QA manager.

支持和分担供应商品质改善和品质控制的具体工作。协助QA经理审核供应商和评估供应商。

• Process the on-site inspection before shipping & on-line checking when it is necessary and report to QA Manager.

具体实施产品出货前的检验和在有需要时实施制程中途检查，并向QA经理汇报。

• Define and standardize systems for supplier development and suppliers performance reviews.

对供应商的品质改善和质量水平表现评估系统进行定义和标准化。

• Provide data to QA manager, project handlers, purchasing manager and sourcing follower and discuss with them.

向QA经理/项目经理/采购经理和负责寻货人员提供具体的相关信息并参与讨论。

• Build up the QC Specifications for parts and products & get approval from QA Manager.

编写有关产品和零件的检查规格书，并交QA经理审核批准。

• Improve process control and product quality at suppliers' quality system.

协助供应商改进其品质保证控制/实施系统，以及改善其生产制程（使之更高效和利于品质保证）

• Develop supplier improvement programs using statistical methods and automotive quality tools to facilitate long term step function and continuous improvement

• Help on checking the parts & products form the Engineering group/Sourcing group/Purchasing group, or the samples to the clients.

协助对来自设计部门/寻货组/采购部门的产品或零件，以及给客户的样品进行检测。

• Be the quality focal point for supplier activities directed toward process control and quality assurance of sourcing raw material, work with supplier to establish a structured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures and requirements;
  Conduct Quality Survey, and Process Capacity audits to suppliers and sub-tier suppliers;
  Monitor and control supplier production quality, analyze field feedback and take improvement actions with supplier. And contact & report to the clients when it is necessary. Prepare & issue the NCR (Non-confirmed report).
  Drive continuous improvement of supplier's quality, cycle time, and delivery performance.;
  Eliminate roadblocks and communication barriers that may affect quality and delivery requirements.

在供应商实施原材料采购/内部生产制程的实施和控制/产成品的检查和质量控制等方面，SQE要起到关键性的作用。SQE与供应商紧密合作，搭建和构筑必要的质量控制流程，使生产更加流畅高效，品质保证更容易实现和顺利地、连续地被确保。

SQE负责对供应商以及他们的分包商的生产能力和品质保证能力进行实地的考察和评估

SQE负责监督和控制供应商的产品质量, 分析市场和客户的质量信息反馈，和供应商共同商讨并确定纠正和预防的措施，监督纠正和预防措施的具体实施和效果。并且在有需要时向客户汇报。编制并发出NCR（不符合报告）以记录整个改善过程。

SQE负责鞭策供应商以达到在产品质量/生产周期/产品付运中的表现的持续改善。

并且消灭一切对改善产品质量/生产周期/按时交付造成坏影响的因素和不良沟通。

• Manage the Suppliers to ensure the components are meeting the company requirements;
  Plan and manage suppliers in terms of components quality and on time delivery to meet the set goals;
  Work with purchasing Dept. to audit and qualify new suppliers;
  Conduct training for the incoming inspectors and operators;

SQE对供应商进行有效管理，确保零件和产品符合公司要求。

计划和管理供应商，使得供应商的产品和零件能按质/按时交付，符合既定目标。

• Supplier capability/capacity study before supplier selection.
  Responsible for supplier capability improvement. Provide related data to AVL;

在供应商选取和甄别前，对供应商的产能和品质保证能力进行研究和评估。协助供应商进行能力提升。 为年度的合格供应商名录（AVL）的审核和评估提供具体依据。

• Balance our request and supplier’s actual capability.
  Responsible for Supplier Audit (quality system/process audit).

对供应商的能力和我们的要求之间进行平衡和匹配。实施供应商审核（质量和制程两方面）

• Set up & manage the testing equipment/tools. Process the calibration.

具体使用和管理公司里各种检验仪器和检验工具并负责校正。

Requirements职位要求

The SQE should be a strong individual with ability to enforce a high-quality standard in the external environment of the company, ensuring supply chain quality consistency.

SQE需要具备很强的独立思考能力和工作能力。并在公司的外部和内部按照一个较高质量标准的要求来工作，确保供应链的顺畅和有效运作。

Work Experience: 工作经验

• At least 2 to 5 years QA experience in manufacturing industry, preferably electronics.

SQE应至少具备2至5年制造工厂品质工作经验。最好是在电子厂工作过。

• Working knowledge with regards to ISO standards (9000). 有ISO9001标准理论以及实操的工作经验。
• Experience in auditing is preferred最好有审厂经验
• Good skill on using QC tools and equipment. 熟练运用各种QC工具和仪器

Education: 教育背景

• BA degree or above in engineering/production control/quality management or related topics. 工程/设计/自动控制等相关工科大学本科毕业。实际工作经验丰富者可适当放宽至大专毕业。

• Excellent knowledge of quality management system and quality tools

Salary： 工资
