1）Needs to prepare the design direction/mood board for the season, together with the designer based in China office.

2）The direction needs to be approved from the Chief creative director based in Kuwait. Then will supervise the buyers to research for the right products within the approved direction.

3）Will continue to work with the buyers and suppliers to make sure product quality is approved and reliable.

4）Senior designer will give final product approvals.

入职要求

* Design experience for oversees e-commerce brands is essential

* experience working with suppliers on Tao Bao is a bonus.

*Must speak English. Relocation required to Kuwait HQ.

*One annual flight per year provided back to China by the company.
