JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Recruiting, training, motivating and mentoring his team 
Setting up SOP for the bar Setting up cleaning procedures, opening and closing procedures 

Maintaining the products condition

Organizing regular Stock-takes and ordering products accordingly 

Following up Deliveries 

Adhering to budgets, managing beverage margins and maximizing profits 

Creating a database of regular guests Dealing with complaints

REQUIREMENTS: 

A minimum of 2 years in a similar position Some opening experience 

Ideally from a destination cocktail bar background 

Cocktails, spirits and Wine knowledge Well presented and immaculate grooming 

Enthusiastic, confident, sociable with a strong personality 

Flexible on working hours and able to multi-task With a can-do attitude 

Must have a strong command of english

In this beautiful and historical building, we operate one Michelin star Jean-Georges French style Restaurant, a Cantonese restaurant named Canton Table with inimitable and rich oil printing decoration，Mercato restaurant is a new coastal Italian restaurant from celebrated Michelin star Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Three on the Bund. And POP American style restaurant with pop culture concept.

 

2018年4月，我们进军广州市场，在广州的CBD珠江新城开拓由米其林星级厨师打造的莫卡多意大利餐厅。

We opened a new Italian Restaurant named Mercato by Michelin-starred Chef in Zhujiang New Town, Guangzhou in April 2018.



2019年，莫卡多意大利餐厅荣膺“米其林餐盘奖”

Mercato Guangzhou has been awarded Michelin Plate in 2019 Michelin Guide Guangzhou.
