岗位职责

1、 负责公司全盘账务处理及日常财务内部管理工作；

      2、负责对预算、成本、费用、应收、应付账款等进行有效控制，善于发现问题并有效改善或高效跟进；

3、负责制定财务相关的规章制度、流程及操作规范；

4、负责定期向总经理汇报公司的经营状况及各类经营情况分析财务报表；

      5、审核各部门上缴的原始票据的合法性，根据原始凭据制定合法合规的会计凭证；

      6、妥善保管会计凭证、会计帐簿、会计报表和其他会计资料；

      7、调节好公司账户余额，保障公司资金持续运营；

8、与境外会计师事务所对接财务工作 及VAT申报等；

9、总经理交办的其他事务。

任职资格:

1、本科以上学历，英语六级（专业四级）财会类专业，拥有会计初级资格证者优先；

      2、1年以上旅游行业财务相关工作经验：

      3、具备一定的财务分析能力，熟悉国家各项相关财务、税务、审计等法律法规政策，熟练使用办公软件，熟练处理账务及编制各种报表；

4、有独立工作能力，应变能力突出，抗压能力强；

5、头脑清晰职，思维敏捷、具备良好的职业道德及敬业精神；

6、英语口语流利，能与境外会计师事务所对接财务工作；

英语不熟练者勿投简历。

UK-China Culture&Education Exchange Center,headquartered in London and Chinese company located in Guangzhou,Guangdong ,is mainly to undertake all levels of government departments, institutions, industry associations, state-owned and private enterprises and individuals in the UK .In addition,the company is also in charge of European business investigation, exhibition, training, learning exchanges and other activities, devoted to promoting the cultural exchanges, the cooperation of economic trade and education as well as the communication of sectors and human resource between China and the United Kingdom.
Besides, we have been committed to the youth’s overall quality of training and education , concerned on theirs quality development, and cultivated children's ability in order to build a platform with international language culture and life experience for Chinese students. Through our efforts, UK-China Culture&Education Exchange Center have owned the most professional team of teachers and experienced reception personnel, therefore we can support more than 1000 young people to experience our summer course each year.
We hope that Chinese students can improve their English skills and develop their independence in our English international camp, and finally gain good memories. The camps we offer are recognized by the British Council and the British English Guidance Association, and are licensed by the British immigration offices to students from the age of 7-17. Student safety is always of our primary consideration, so the camps and our staffs are carefully chosen and evaluated to provide the best education, unlimited fun and memorable time for the students.
