岗位职责

1. 负责阿里运营的整体规划及市场推广，提高店铺点击率，浏览量和转化率，安排店内各类促销活动策划

2. 定期针对推广效果进行跟踪，评估及时提出营销改进措施，给出切实可行的改进方案

3. 对关键词进行优化，产品和店铺整体的SEO优化，制定运营方案，目标及执行策略

4. 规划数字营销推广方案，并且对推广关键词排名进行优化

5. 定期监控并提供运营数据(营销数据、交易数据、商品管理、顾客管理)，分析商品、顾客及营销数据等运营情况，统计数据，发掘隐含内在问题，有针对性地提出解决方法

任职资格:

1、一年以上运营推广经验，精通阿里巴巴店铺后台操作，推广等工具

2、良好的策划推广能力和项目执行能力

3、较强的沟通能力，工作规范，条理清晰，有合作精神，有责任心

4、 对互联网发展和时下热点高度关注，思维活跃，有创意

5、 积极主动，责任心强，有良好的团队意识

福利待遇：

1、试用期1-3个月；

2、工作时间：9：00-18:00，工作7.5小时，中午1.5小时休息，月休6天，实行大小周上班时间段；

3、公司为员工提供各类法定节假日和带薪年假，以及婚假、产假、哺乳假等有薪假期；
