1、公司内部系统开发项目的需求调研、系统核心功能设计、项目规划；

2、完成工作日志、周报、里程碑各个节点报告的编写；

3、对信息系统进行分析，并提出功能优化方案；

4、能根据公司内部客户的要求独立完成跟进一个项目，控制项目进度、质量及范围；

5、及时识别，并推动解决用户体验方面的问题；提高系统的用户体验和用户粘性；

任职资格：

1、计算机、信息管理及其相关专业，大专以上学历；

2、2年以上系统项目开发管理经验，有独立带领技术团队开发软件产品的成功案例；

3、有时间观念，独立性强，具有团队合作精神；

4、善于创新，有较好的需求调研及系统分析能力，能够独立编写项目开发涉及到的各种文档；

5、有PMP、CPMP相关认证者优先；
