岗位职责:

Patient care
为患者提供医疗服务
Take history and perform physical exams assessments and treatment of patients in the Emergency Department (including urgent, emergent, and non-urgent presentation).
对急诊病人进行全面体检和评估（包括紧急的，突发的，和非紧急的病人）
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as deemed necessary and appropriate for plan of care.
根据必要和适当的护理计划执行诊断和治疗措施。
Define/document differential diagnoses and list differential diagnoses with most likely diagnosis indicated. Document adequately for communication with future care givers and to allow appropriate billing.
定义/记录诊断的细微差异,并列表鉴别诊断与最可能的诊断结果。要完整充分进行病例记录保证与下一位服务者的沟通，合理开账单。
Assist in billing and coding functions.
协助计费和编码信息。
Participate in education and training including medical and nursing staff.
参与医疗和护理人员的教育和培训。
Participate in hospital administrative functions as appropriate including membership on at least one committee.
至少作为一个委员会的成员参加医院行政职能。
Participate in community events coordinated by the Hospital.
参与医院组织的社区活动。

任职资格:

Board Certified/Board Eligible (or equivalent) in ER
美国急诊医学委员会认证 （或等同）
OR 或
Chinese physician practice license
中国医师资格证及执业证
Doctor of medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine.
从正规医学院校获得的医学学位(或同等学位)。
Completion of residency training in ER at a hospital and program acceptable to the Departmental Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer
在医院完成急诊住院医师培训，培训项目需得到部门主任和首席医疗官的任可。
Minimum 5 years experience post-residency in the clinical arena preferred

Has the necessary skills and experience to examine, diagnose, and treat illnesses and injuries in the acute care setting for both the adult and pediatric population.

Provides immediate diagnosis and resuscitation care for life-threatening conditions, and directs the provision of such care in the pre-hospital setting as that is possible.

Provides diagnosis and care on the basis of medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic tests.

Provides definitive or interim care for conditions that, while not life-threatening, cause discomfort or risk of worsening or can be taken care of in that visit.

Has the experience and training to justify medical staff certification in the standard emergency department procedures.
