SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务:

• Protect the privacy and security of guests and co-workers. Follow China Hotel privacy procedure.

       保护客人同事的隐私和安全。执行中国大酒店保密程序.

   

• Follow company and department policies and procedures. Protect hotel assets.

     遵循公司和部门的政策和程序。保护酒店财产。

 

• Attend department daily meeting.

  参加部门日常会议。

 

• Manage office enquiment, stationary, sales material and attendance system

  管理办公室设备、文具、销售资料和考勤系统

 

• Types, proofreads and distributes reports, correspondence, forms, etc. take and transcribe dictation and use word processing equipment.
  输入、校对和分发报告、信函、表格等。可以记录，抄写和听写，使用文字处理设备。

• Answers the telephone, takes and relays messages; screens incoming calls; responds to telephone inquiries, forwards calls to appropriate party.

  接听电话，记录和传达信息；筛选打入的电话；应答电话查询，将电话转接到适当的部门

   

• Makes and confirms appointments as directed; receives and schedules visitors.

  按指示约定和确定预约；迎接到访客人和安排行程

   

• Interprets routine administrative polices and decisions as necessary; provides information to the public with regards to these polices.

  解释日常行政政策和必要的决定；为公众提供关于这些政策方面的信息

   

• Organizes and maintains files of records and correspondence of a routine nature, including special projects.

  整理并保存文件记录和日常信件，包括特殊项目。
