岗位职责:
1、负责组织实施学校财务管理战略规划制定工作；
2、负责学校财务制度流程体系的建设、运行和不断完善；
3、总体负责学校财务预决算的制定及执行情况的监督考核；
4、负责与税务、财政等相关单位的协调工作以及负责公司对外财务数据的统计和报送工作；
5、负责学校融资管理工作并负责建立学校资金理财的统筹规划；
6、总体负责财务成本费用的核算控制、资产安全完整、资金收支管控；
7、负责审核各种产品销售价格、折扣兑现等有无违规现象。
任职资格要求:
1、会计或金融专业本科以上学历，有中级会计师资格者优先；
2、年龄在25-35岁之间在教育行业或集团公司从事财务管理3年以上；
3、要求会计、财务管理、金融类专业大学本科以上学历。
4、知识技能
（1）熟悉国家、地区及行业相关政策和规章制度；
（2）熟悉教育行业相关政策和规章制度；
（3）具有出色的财务管理、预算管理和资金管理能力，并熟练掌握用友、金蝶等财务管理软件；
（4）具备较强的战略管理能力。
