岗位职责：

1.使用公司网站聊天工具推广公司产品，与客户在线沟通，

2.针对客户来电或在线提出的问题进行解答，促成客户成交；

3.为国外客户回答相关咨询问题，提供售前、售后服务支持；包括线上、线下咨询，订单跟进，进度反馈，投诉处理等等；

4.了解客户对产品需求,交接给设计部跟进

5.具有较强的销售能力

任职要求：

1、CET-6以上，英语听说流利，读写熟练，可以独立与国外客户沟通交流（邮件、电话）

2、为人随和，友善和具有较强的亲和力

3、年轻有活力，可接受应届毕业生，男女不限

4、目标感强、具有主动销售意识及工作热情

工作时间：本职位需根据美国时间安排工作，工作时间为：相应的中国时间每周二至周六，晚上21:00-次晨7:00，每周日和每周一休息。

薪资福利：五险一金，双休，国家法定节假日

薪资待遇：

1、薪资结构：4000底薪+广州社保+提成

2、试用期三个月，如表现得到认即可转正

Job role:

1. Using our online chat function to talk to customers.

2. If the customer wants to make a phone call, to pick up the phone and call the customer on the spot.

3. Engage with customers.

4. Pass on artwork requests to the design team.

5. Most importantly: the ability to sell!

Requirements:

1. Must be able to speak and write English fluently.

2. Minimum of CET 6.

3. Must be friendly character. This is very important.

4. Make or ***.

5. Young - fresh college graduate is better.

6. Guangdong Hukou.

7. Goal orientated.

Working hours:

9pm to 7am Tuesday to Saturday. Sunday and Monday off.

All major Chinese holidays is off.

Salary:

4,000 base + commission

Company will provide social insurance

Probation period for 3 months.
