职位描述
工作内容：
1、带领硬件开发人员，开发数字安防或照明产品；
2、参与讨论、提炼客户需求，负责撰写产品相关的设计文档。
任职条件：
1. 电子，通信相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 扎实的模拟电路，数字电路，计算机接口技术（包括USB，PCI，ATA，以太网络）设计基础，有模拟电路、开关电源和视频电路实际工作经验，熟悉常用器件的基本知识；
3. 具有高端微处理器实际开发工作经验；
4. 有高速电路设计、多层板设计经验，熟悉EMC，SI的基本理论，熟悉产品的生产流程和工艺要求，熟练使用至少一种绘图软件，例如PowerPCB/Protel99/Orcad/PADS等；
5. 有数字安防或照明控制产品等开发经验者优先。
6. 该职位不考虑应届毕业生.
