-Assist to manage ISO/AMIS system documents, including filing, issuing and keeping of the documents

  协助管理ISO/AIMS 体系文件，包括文件及记录整理、发放及保存

2. PPE Management 个人防护用品的管理/Work suit management 工作服管理

-In charge of inventory management of PPE负责个人防护用品的库存管理

- Responsible for issue purchasing requests of PPE and distribution of PPE;负责个人防护用品的请购及发放

-Responsible for work suit management, keep it runs well, feedback any issue to vendor and fix it quickly.

负责工作服的管理，确保其运作良好，任何问题及时反馈至工衣租赁商进行快速解决。

3.SAP system SAP 系统

-Issue PR of HSE department in SAP system and follow to be released in time. 在SAP系统中下部门的请购单并跟进及时得到审批

4. Security pass of Xiaohu application 小虎岛门禁通行证的申请

5. Data collecting and report 数据收集与报告

-Collect daily safety contact from each department and develop weekly report收集各部门的

-daily safety contact 并进行汇总形成周报

-Collect and input BBS data收集及录入行为观察卡数据

-Responsible for monthly report of the attendance of HSE department.负责部门考勤月报

-HSE KPI data collection.

6. Drug precursor chemicals data input on website 易制毒化学品数据网站录入

1. College degree大专以上学历；

  

2. Good communication skills.很强的沟通能力；
