职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
Basic & daily job
· Perform sampling operation when testing needed (including raw materials and finish goods)
· Perform incoming raw materials inspection &finish goods testing
· Make adjustment instruction when quality deviation occurred during production
· Coordinate with related department in handling quality-related customer complaint
· Analyze the root cause and follow up the corrective & preventive action
· Maintain standard sample used for quality testing of raw material and finish goods
· Complete other works which is delegated by company in the area of competence
ESHA related job
· Report machine break and cooperate with maintenance to achieve safe working environment
· Adheres to all safety requirement, including proper use of PPE
Quality improvement
· Make adjustment instruction when quality deviation occurred during production
· Analyze the root cause of non-conformity and justified quality related customer complaint and follow up CPAR
Team work & people management
· Coordinate with related department in handling quality-related customer complaint
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
· College or above(chemistry, polymer science)
· Over 3 years working experience in plastic industry, sound knowledge of pigment, resin and additives
· Color matching and inject moulding working experience is preferred
· Familiar with MB or compounding process
· Be good at English in reading
