Senior Animator (motion) 高级动画师（动作）Requirements: 要求如下﹕- Proficiency in animation techniques ( character, dynamic, cartoon.)- 熟练动画技巧 (包括角色﹐动态﹐卡通)- Strong in character Rigging and key frame setting - 熟悉人物绑定以及主要结构设置- Knowledge in acting, and good sense of camera motion- 有表现知识以及良好的镜头运动感- Excellent skill character animation and lip sync - 良好的卡通角色动画技能及唇部处理技能- Great animating and posing skills, animate Facial expression and Lipsync to show Characteristic.-有良好的动画及动作技巧﹐能绘制面部以及唇部表情来表现人物个性- Good skill in Visual storytelling is an advantage.-擅长可视性故事描述者优先- Diploma in Computer Animation, Fine Arts and/or relevant areas - 有计算机动画的毕业文凭﹐良好的艺术(或)相关基础- At least 3+ years production experience in animation work at CG or related Field, 5 years preferred. - 至少有3年在CG或相关领域的动画工作经验,5年优先- working knowledge of Maya, PhotoShop, AfterEffect as base software- 有 Maya, Photoshop, After Effect 良好工作知识- Working knowledge in zBrush or Mudbox is preferred- 有zBrush或Mudbox知识者优先- Good skill of drawing and character design, and sculpting is an advantage- 有良好绘画及角色设计 and 雕刻 者优先 - Experience in leading team to complete animation project on schedule- 有领导团队on schedule完成动画项目的经验 - Hardworking, can handle multitask and Can work under pressure - 工作勤奋﹐能多任(task),和承受工作压力 - can work with others and able to strengthen the team spirit. -有与他人合作以及鼓舞团队士气的能力- able to Train people. -有训练人的能力- Excellent Problem solving capabilities.-擅长解决问题
