Main Responsibilities and Duties

1. Securing customer satisfaction
Secure the daily maintain in the area of responsibility
Deep knowledge of Life@Home and the IKEA product presented within the area of the home /speciality shop.
To present the width & depth of the IKEA product in a functional way that supports the buying process and reinforces low price profile.
Ensure customer promise

2. Sales growth & profitability
Actively work with the product priorities for the area of the home/specialty shop and follow the competition to identify weaknesses and potentials for IKEA.
Follow up the stock levels and secure the health stock structure by working with space dimensioning and direct flow.
Analyse the Sales performance to ensure the sales steering towards products with good availability.

3. Creating opportunity
To identify opportunities in addition in peak and non peak periods that promotes sales growth and secure IKEA as the reference for Life@Home in all rooms

4.People motivation and development

Qualification:

*Knowledge
-Retail experience
-Experience of managing a team
-Local market and business conditions
-Fluent both in written and spoken English, CET4 above

*Capability
-Proven leadership skills.
-Ability to build teams and working relationships with other dpt
-Task Oriented and Team Oriented
-Excellent planning and prioritising skills
-Excellent Communicator
