Position Summary:

The Logistics and Finance Officer is an integral part of the Shenzhen team and is responsible to direct the logistics and finance activities of the Shenzhen WOFE to ensure products are meet company and customer request.

Essential Role Responsibilities:

General

1. To support the logistics officer to deliver the products to customer, and complete the shipping documents in system, and collect the documents back to the company-ANS process;
2. To support the logistics officer to pick up the products from vendor site, and complete the shipping documents in system and collect the documents back to the company-PUO process;
3. To support the logistics officer to collect delivery arrangement from vendor;
4. To support the logistics officer to meet the customer’s delivery request;
5. To update daily delivery status to internal team and customers;
6. To manage the third party inventory system in regular process, to ensure the data is most updated in both system;
7. To support the logistics officer to manage the customs clearance process, including the process or normal trade and bonded area trade;
8. To provide booking to logistics forwarder, to handle the export and import relevant actions;
9. assist Project Manager on shipping process;
10. To support the finance officer to finish the monthly AP and AR
11. To support the finance officer to collect relevant documentation of AP and AR
12. QUALIFICATIONS

1. Major in logistics or finance
2. English skill for advanced level
3. IT skill mainly focusing on Excel, outlook, Word, PPT, etc.
4. 3 years working experience or above

1. 5 days working, holiday per government guideline
2. Location: Level 15, Tower 2, Kerry Plaza, Centre 4th Road, Futian District
