? Maintenance and development of regional helpdesk reporting capability.

  

? Providing actionable insight to enable effective decision making

  

? Analysis of KPIs and work with the team for improvement plan

  

? Data governance

  

Requirements：

  

? Degree preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent

  

? More than 2 years-experience on data analysis, reporting related or equivalent

  

? VBA or at least one programing language is preferable

  

? Excel skill is a must

  

? Lean Six Sigma and ITIL desirable but not mandatory

  

? Ability to collect and interpret a variety of statistical data and understand the implications of each finding.

  

? Outstanding display of analytical and logic thinking skills.

  

? Ability to introduce newer approaches to regular tasks.

  

? Ability to work independently under pressure and deadline-driven environment.

  

? Excellent verbal and oral communication skills along with outstanding presentation skills.

  

? Ability to think quickly, resolve problems, face obstacles, and take decisions in the process of data research.

  

? Fluent in English
