Job Summary

As a main point-of-contact, you will cascade the company policies and instructions to your respective area i.e. Kitchen or Service and work closely with the Head Chefs and/or Restaurant Managers. Oversees all restaurant operations and provides professional assistance to all Chefs and/or Restaurant Managers on all daily operational matters. Monitors that SOPs are well executed and provides support to Chefs or Restaurant Managers, to ensure delivery of the best quality food and guest services.

Requirements

Operations Manager (Kitchen) - minimum 5 years working experience as Chef in Hotel or Restaurant industry

Operations Manager (Service) – minimum 5 years working experience as F&B Manager in Hotel or Restaurant industry
