【工作描述】

负责收款、车场巡查两方面的工作，协助停车场督导把停车场经营管理工作做好。

【工作职责】

1、 熟悉车场电视监控系统操作程序，监控各层车辆，停泊情况，并注意观察车辆及人员进出车场的情况；

2、 遇到可疑情况及时报告上级并力所能及地去处理，将事情发生过程负面影响降到最低限度，并将所发生情况及处理结果做好记录，以便日后查找；

3、 遇到突发事件（如火警、交通事故等）要冷静、客观公正地处理，并将所发生事件第一时间报告保安部门，自己力所能及地去处理，并将事情发生经过及结果作好记录及保存；

4、 停车场管理员每班必须对车场各项设施（如照明系统，消防器材等）进行巡查，并将巡查结果做好记录，如有设施出现损坏要及时报告，以便尽快更换及维修；

5、 停车场管理员要爱护监控电视系统，如有发现故障要及时上报以便进行维修，如有发现故意破坏监控电视系统的行为，定必严处。

6、 要做到服务承诺的三点要求：1、微笑问候（微笑待客、与客人打招呼），2、感恩客人，3、征询意见（积极主动询问客人是否需要为其提供帮助）。

7、 不可发放酒店负面信息，积极发放酒店正面信息，推广酒店住房、饮食资讯。

1. Be familiar with the operation procedures of the TV monitoring system of the parking lot, monitor the vehicles on all floors and parking conditions, and observe the situation of vehicles and personnel entering and leaving the parking lot;

2. Report to the superior in case of any suspicious situation and deal with it as far as possible, minimize the negative impact of the occurrence process, and keep a record of the occurrence and treatment results for future search;

3. Handle emergencies (such as fire alarm, traffic accident, etc.) calmly, objectively and fairly, report the incidents to the security department at the first time, handle them as far as possible, and record and keep records of the occurrence and results;

4. Each shift of the parking lot manager must inspect all facilities (such as lighting system, fire fighting equipment, etc.) in the parking lot and record the inspection results. If there is any damage to the facilities, timely report it, so as to replace and repair them as soon as possible.

5. The parking lot manager should take good care of the monitoring TV system. If there is any fault, he should report it in time for maintenance.
