岗位名称：客服代表

岗位职责：

1.为客户准确提供费用咨询、取件安排、快件查询等服务；

2.高效率处理问题件，积极回应客户表扬、建议及投诉；

3.准确及时记录并转达客户需求，必要时和其他部门协作为客户提供服务；

岗位要求：

1. 国语流利, 良好的英语听说读写能力，最好四级以上;

2. 能适应加班和轮班，包括节假日及周六上班（公司按照相关法规安排补假或支付加班费）

3．大专学历或同等及以上学历水平（无需工作经验）

工作时间：

每天工作8小时，每周40小时，轮班制度，早班8：00—5：00，中班1：00-9：00，分班次轮班。

1. 基本工资(3800元/月)
