作为细胞株开发总监，您将管理开发部的人员，提供表达生物产品的高产细胞株，开发创新生物技术。

As Head of Cell Line Development, you will manage a group of people within the Department of Bioprocess Development to deliver high yield cell lines expressing biologics and develop innovative technologies.

岗位职责/Tasks & responsibilities：

1. 为临床和商业生物制品生产开发高产稳定的细胞株

Develop high yield stable cell lines for clinical and commercial biologics production

2. 建立细胞株开发部门（团队，实验室和技术）

Build cell line development capabilities (team, lab and technologies)

3. 创新技术开发

Direct innovative technology development

4. 领导从DNA到细胞株的研究设计和执行

Lead research design and execution from DNA to cell lines

5. 参加学术会议并代表汉腾生物向潜在客户展示公司

Attend scientific conferences and represent CantonBio to potential clients as appropriate.

6. 与上游和下游团队密切合作，开发高效平台

Collaborate closely with upstream and downstream teams to develop high efficiency platforms

7. 为整体运营和部门目标的实现做出贡献

Contribute to the overall operations and to the achievement of departmental goals

8. 管理和发展团队成员

Manage and develop team members

工作要求/Requirements：

1. 首选相关科学专业的博士学位；或具有相关经验的理学硕士

PhD in a relevant scientific discipline preferred; or MSc with relevant experience

2. 5年以上生物制药行业工作经验，2年以上领导经验

5+ years of working experience in biopharmaceutical industry with 2+ years of leadership experience.

3. 具有瞬时和稳定细胞系开发经验（最好为HEK和CHO细胞系）

Experience in transient and stable cell line development (ideally HEK and CHO cell lines), and preferably in implementation of new/novel platforms

4. GMP细胞库的经验

Experience in GMP cell banking

5. 领导和激励团队的能力

Ability to lead and motivate a team

6. 以结果为导向，自我激励的个人，具有出色的人际交往能力

Result-oriented, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills

7. 良好的沟通，谈判和演讲技巧

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Leadership in innovation and developing new concepts
