主要职责 Main Responsibility:

1. 以增强品牌知名度与扩大销售为导向，积极开发各种联合推广机会。

Identify and develop Joint Promotion chances aggressively with aim and orientation of brand awareness and sales generation.

2. 通过多样化异业联合活动与合理计划确保每月目标的达成。

Well plan and achieve monthly prospecting and contract generation target through diversified joint promotions

3. 详细考虑并具体部署每次活动/合作，保证合作/活动的成功实施。 在合作过程中，定期跟进并就销售及成本控制状况予以评估，以期及时改进。

Follow up the campaign and track the outcome from the terms of contract generation status and cost control.

4. 与公司其他部门保持良好沟通，确保每次活动执行效果。

Communicate with other departments of the company on the deal of joint promotions to ensure the campaign outcome.

职位要求 Requirements:

1. 本科及以上学历

University degree and above required

2. 两年或以上直销或者市场营销方面的经验

2+ years in direct sales or marketing.

3. 积极创新，并具有发现潜在客户需求的能力

Be positive and creative with proven ability to acquire potential customers

4. 具团队合作精神和交叉工作的实际能力。

Team-player and proven ability to work in cross-functional environments

5. 具较强的商谈和交际能力。

Strong negotiation and people skills

6. 优秀的计划和管理能力，独立能力强，并可胜任多重工作职责

Must be able to work independently with multi-task responsibility and good planning and organization skills

7. 能熟练使用Word,Excel,and PowerPoint

Familiar with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
