工作职责：

1. 向潜在客户介绍沃尔得英语课程，通过开发新资源与挖掘旧资源，实现个人销售目标。

2. 带领4-10人的销售团队，达成校长设定的每日、每周和每月销售和服务目标。

3. 协助校长，培养课程顾问为潜在客户设计合适课程的能力，最大程度地提高销售过程的效率。

4. 完善课程顾问的学员跟进数据库，确保达成学习目标。

5. 主持定期会议，提供销售培训，确保团队完成每日销售报告。

职位要求：

1. 1年销售管理经验，同行经验优先。

2. 出色的销售技能。

3. 强烈的团队精神和出色的沟通能力。

4. 强烈的责任感与客户服务意识。
