职位描述
岗位职责
1、负责电话转接、接待来访人员及收发邮件，做好记录确保信息的及时准确；
2、协助跟单做好文档资料的收集、整理，订单的登记，做PO等；
3、通过电话做好客户送货、到货的跟踪记录，信息的准确传达；
4、采购订货资料的录入、船期的查询；
5、协助上级领导完成相关工作及部门内部日常事务工作。
任职资格
1、大专及以上学历。英语四级，要求能英文交流及阅读；
2、熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件；
3、具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力及较强的保密意识；
4、能吃苦耐劳，良好的适应能力。
5.工作地点：增城区新塘镇
6. 上班时间7小时，做六休一，有社保
