2.有较强的警惕心，密切观察监控中心动态，如发现异常，及时做好相关记录并汇报上级。

3.熟悉消防监控中心各设备的相关操作方法。

4.配合消防监控维护中心做好相关的维护工作。

5.完成上级交代的其他工作。

任职资格：

1.高中以上学历，五官端正、身体健康，无犯罪记录。

2.具备良好的服务意识，熟悉物业服务内容及流程。

3.具备商业写字楼、商业物业1年以上相关工作经验。
4.退伍军人、持建构筑物上岗证,有消防工作经验者优先考虑。
