ITS Support Specialist
Job Duties:
？Responsible for assisting users in resolving IT issues as a first line support, answering queries concerning usage of standard applications and IT services and servicing request type calls.
？Assist in new system or application implementations.
？Configure new PCs and perform troubleshooting.
？Provide IP Telephony and Audio Visual support.
？Perform daily IT operations.
？Morning and Hourly health check for all network services.
？Maintain infrastructure equipment.
？Able to take shifts to cover operation hours from 7:30 to 21:00 China Time
Requirements:
？Bachelor Degree holder or above in IT or other related disciplines.
？At least one year of servicing end users experience.
？Good knowledge of PC windows & Active Domain environment, standard MS applications (e.g. MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, Exchange) and Windows Servers & network.
？Initiative, good team work and able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule.
？Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
？Good command of English.
