Responsible for all production in the factory including the following: （工作职能）
· Creating, monitoring and adjusting production process （制定，监督和调整生产流程）
· Creating, monitoring and adjusting production schedules（制定，监督和调整生产计划）
· Recruiting, training and motivating production workers （招聘，培训和调动生产员工积极性）
· Implementing quality-control programs （执行质量控制流程）
· Making sure that products are produced on time（确保产品按时生产）
· Ensuring that the production is cost effective（确保产品成本效益）
· Maintenance of production equipment（维护生产设备）
· Liaising among different departments, e.g. Purchasing, Planning etc （与不同部门沟通，例如采购部，生产计划部门等）
· Pre-production planning of new products（新产品的打样工作）
Qualifications:（招聘要求）
· Degree in Mechanical/Process/Industrial Engineering （机械学/生产制程学/工业工程学 学位）
· At least 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing industry（至少5年的制造行业相关经验）
· Computer literate in Microsoft applications（熟悉电脑操作）
· Good written and spoken English. Level 6 and above （优秀的英文读写能力，4 or 6级及以上英文水平）

· Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills（具备较强的分析，解决问题和决策能力）
