2、工作细致认真，责任心强，良好的语言沟通能力、商务谈判能力；
3、对珠宝产品用户特点、销售特性有深刻了解，能准确把握珠宝商品的潮流；
4、有良好的议价能力，能独立完成新产品和新供应商的开发；
5、能具有高度的工作热情和责任感；

能力要求：

1、了解珠宝市场，1年以上珠宝行业相关岗位工作经验，精通采购原理及成本控制；

2、熟悉采购流程、工艺流程，加工商、供应商评估、考核

3、优秀的谈判，责任心、沟通表达能力强，良好的职业道德素养：

4、对原材料，半成品，成品的采购；收集供应商资料，报价，比价，议价，挑选符合公司的供应商；

5、建立供应商档案，负责对现有的供应商资料进行整理，归档，定期联系，建立供应商名册。并对供应商进行品质，交货期，价格，服务，信用等能力的评估。
