职位描述：

1、独立处理部门中的突发类行政事件；

2、与线下商超及仓库负责人协调贸易订单的进度；

3、协助办公室经理与其他部门的经理进行沟通；

4、做好行政会议的安排，会议材料的整理、记录、存档等工作；

5、电子商务平台订单下载与数据汇总；

6、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

岗位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，有一定的商务行政经验，欢迎应届毕业生；

2.有良好的团队管理、团队协作及自我管理能力，较强的沟通协调能力，能承受较大工作压力；

3.简单的英语书写能力；

4.熟练使用word/excel/ppt等办公软件。
