To handle all shipment activities related to the exports/imports of all products company trades in.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of I/E documents and L/C independently
• Responsible for customs declaration and I/E license application
• Handle shipping and warehouse arrangement
• Inventory management and reconciliation
• General office administration support to the company

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 5 years solid experience in handling I/E shipment and L/C application
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing
• Good PC knowledge
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and responsible with team work spirit
• Able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is highly preferred
