Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

1. Sourcing, developing and managing local suppliers

· Liaising with local suppliers to ensure that products meet the company’s required standards, specifications and tolerances

· Managing local suppliers to ensure that products are developed and approved within a reasonable timeframe

· Identifying and resolving any issues that may prevent product objectives being met

· Managing all necessary paperwork related to the sourcing, development and production of the company’s product/s

· Attending and providing support at trade shows and other events as required

· Managing, training and supervising junior staff

管理，培训和监督初级员工

· Perform other duties as required by the role

To effectively work in this role you will have:

· 2-3 years experience as a ‘Product Merchandiser’

· Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin

· Well developed communication and negotiating skills
