PRODUCT DEVELOPMENTS/QUOTATIONS


? Analyze the developments/quotations, make sure all is clear. If not go back to SEBO and ask for clarification.
? Suggest alternatives and work proactively in order to reach best price, quality & lead-time. Work together
with PD & R&D and technicians .
? Send the development/quotation to best suitable suppliers (acc. to capacity strategy set by PM team).
? Use price history list, planned production units, capacity plan as tools when distributing quotations to H&M
suppliers.
? Get back the quotation from the suppliers and analyze the price acc. to our price method, quality and leadtime.
Checking the fitting / appeal. Does it look good, H&M product? Send best package to buyer.
? Give feedback to supplier regarding price, sample and possible requests for improvements.
? Follow up deadlines for developments/quotations and samples as per preorder method.
? If an order is confirmed check that all details are correct and correspond to what has been agreed.
? Follow up the order by using OFS, use deadlines as a help to keep track of order status. Make sure TOD is on
time.
? Work actively with the samples together with technician .Make sure you know the customer and concept you
are responsible for.
? Work actively with risk assessment and sample quality tests and communicate with suppliers.
? Be proactive and take more initiatives & solve problems and share them with the rest of the group
