YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Be responsible to establish, execute and reinforce proper procedures for accounting, as well as for internal control procedures;

- Be familiar with Corporate Hyperion system and financial system reporting; coordinate month-end closing routines, review monthly financial statements, forecasting and analysis reports in both US GAAP and PRC GAAP;

- Streamline Accounting & Controllership practices, and work as Controllership with Operational teams to adopt Healthcare SOP's; drive controllership through operational team and ensure SOX compliance;

- Finance liaison and support for business development & integration activities; leverages IT to simplify financial processes, improve data visibility and reinforce internal control practices / processes that comply with statutory and corporate requirements (US-SOX Compliance) ;

- Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving rigor and efficiency in key Finance processes;

- Ensure Integrity is upheld throughout all processes, policies and practices, by ensuring appropriate communication, training and prioritization of related activities

- Coordinate internal and external financial audits for the business and ensuring all legal, tax, GAAP accounting requirements are met;.

- Assist to setup new manufacturing system and financial system; assist in ad hoc financial projects and analysis reports.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

- University degree or above in Accounting or Finance;

- Minimum of five years of finance & accounting work experience in manufacturing companies, preferably within a foreign company; or minimum of three years Audit Staff experience in Corporation or International Audit Firms plus 1-2 years commercial business exposure in Accounting and Tax;

- Preferable experience with leading a small team of staff;

- Have knowledge of ERP system and accounting software; prior exposure in ERP financial systems/applications implementation is advantageous;

- Experience with trained and/or certified in process improvement methodology such as LEAN, Kaizen;

- Demonstrated experience and understanding of Accounting Principles and financial compliance of SOX, Controllership, and GAAP;

- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective actions as required;

- Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others;

- Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change;

- Clear thinking and problem solving: successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas.
