?Partner with merchandising and technical teams to ensure full compliance of customers requirements
?Provide direction and guidance to the production engineering & QA Engineers to ensure no RTV with major fallout through effective risk management
?Partner with the brand technical leaders to enhance technical capability in the region
?Engage with vendors to analysis and improve current manufacturing processes
?Ensure all company SOP'S are followed by vendors at all times
?Assist in ensuring adherence to the time and action calendars during both the pre-production and production process
?Develop and apply effective systems of quality management, both internally and with vendors, to support and ensure inline and final product quality
?Assist in the Training and Development of the Production and QA Engineering associates to increase their skill levels
?Act as a positive, supportive leader, consistently demonstrating our shared values and high standards

?A minimum of 10 years of apparel production /quality assurance experience, at least 5 years in leadership position
?Superior level of knowledge in garment construction, fabrication, and production process
?Strategic mind-set and able to drive change
?Able to build effective relationships with Vendors and other Managers
?Excellent communications and influencing skills
?Able to work in a fast paced, global organization with multiple vendors
