工作职责：
（1） 正确宣导小组业绩目标，并确保团队所有成员明确项目进度及个人目标，完成小组销售目标，实现团队成长，保持队伍的稳定与扩张；
（2）负责销售团队日常管理与行政管理，监督和控制服务品质，合理分配公司提供的信息和资源；
（3）负责监听组员的销售电话，并给予日常辅导，并积极组织电话销售人员参加公司安排的产品专业知识及销售技巧等方面的培训，以提高其销售技能，并对销售过程中存在的问题提供适时协助；
（4）接受和参与公司、上级领导安排的辅导和训练，配合公司做好电话销售人员的招聘工作；
（5）遵纪守法，执行和遵守公司各项政策和规章制度，保守业务机密。
职位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，2年电销团队主管等相关工作经验，有行业经验者优先；
2、团队历史业绩优秀，拥有6人以上团队电话销售工作者优先；
3、有较强的沟通协调能力和执行能力、较好的学习领悟能力和适应能力；
4、电话中心销售系统，Microsoft办公系统熟练；
5、能承受一定的工作压力，并善于激励团队。
