岗位职责：

负责处理银行客户的来电，处理客户的问题咨询，给予高品质的服务。（此岗位为纯接听岗位，无销售性质）

岗位要求：

大专及以上学历（可接受19年毕业生）

良好的沟通能力，普通话/粤语流利标准，，英语能力优秀者优先录用。

良好的客户服务意识，愿意在银行业长期发展。

薪酬及福利待遇：

无责任底薪5500起，夜班补贴1200起，均薪8K左右；

享受10天带薪年假，10天带薪病假

银行正式编制

上班时间：

0:00-8:00(周休2天)，上班可以打车，给予报销；
