Job Description

1.Accounting closing management
-Work out and manage daily business and report
-Complete every month-end closing, manage and ensure the completion and accuracy of trial balances
-Effectively submit monthly, yearly and other returns and reports both in-company and externally, local and US statement, etc.
-Ensure that year-end closings are made in accordance with US GAAP and local requirements
-Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of financial reporting, GL accounts and sub-ledger
- Responsible for accrual transaction, amortization, IA adjustment , CA adjustment in month-end closing
-Ensure timely submission of financial reports to Commercial Finance
-Assist in internal control systems/process reviews and improvement

2. Reporting Management
-Submit accurate and timely report to FP&A according to US GAAP and local GAAP
-Actively Support to the PwC annual audit
-Responsible for annual CIT return

3. Supervise budget spending in fiscal year
Prepare monthly FME and ODVC tracking report and analysis (actual vs. budget), Monitor actual spending, Provide information to each plant functional manager

4. Internal Control
-Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and company policies and procedures to guarantee the reliability of financial reporting.
-Perform other relevant job responsibilities as per internal control's requirement.

5. Other
-Support the direct report manager to build effective team by feed-backing the progress of people development and any concern from workload optimization
-Effectively communicate with relevant functions within PRC to ensure consistency of accounting treatments.
-Effectively communicate with other Kraft affiliates on cross-charges and intercompany balances confirmation.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Economic
Over 3 years finance experience in multinational or JVs.
CET 6 and above, familiar with Windows office.excel. SAP preferred
