职位描述
Regional Business Solution Team plays a key partnership role with Mars business units in all segments. The team works closely with business functions to provide best in class IT solutions to fulfill business requirements and drive for process efficiency. Main focus areas for RBST team are:
- Business partnership
- Business solution delivery
- Project management
- Regional application support
The position will mainly focus on delivery of SAP system project in Finance area, including FI/CO area and certain SAP roll out activities. It is in Asia Regional Business Solution Team, which responsible for regional system solution deployment for Greater China, Japan, Korea, Thailand and other south east Asia units.
1. Main accountabilities
1. Deliver SAP project and roll out activities in Asia Region, mainly in FI/CO area, but not limited to
2. Work with business customer to define business requirement and translate the business requirement to system specifications
3. Map the global template /regional/local system solution to business requirement
4. Work out best fit solution that compliance with the company's system implementation strategy and ensure solutions are consistent across Mars Units.
5. Implement the solution compliance with the company's standard and quality requirement
6. Deliver SAP system related training to users
2. Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, Computer Science or related major in information management is preferred
2. Minimum 5 years work experience; Minimum 3 years experience on SAP application area including support, deployment, development on SAP FI/CO.
3. Good business understanding in Finance/Accounting area, preferrable to have FMCG industry experience
4.Strong problem solving skills for technical and process related issues. Individual should have consistently shown ability to understand and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring that short and long term solutions are in place.
5.Strong customer-service orientation as this would entail balancing customer needs with standard solution sets. Individual should be able to work out solutions meet customer requirement and compliance with global standard.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, spirit of enterprise, and team spirit
7. Ability to work under pressure and learn on the fly
8. Good interpersonal skill
9. Good presentation and communication skills
10. Good spoken/written English is preferred
