岗位职责：

1. 核听受理保单、客户投诉（100%）、自建数据（100%）、400问题件（100%）、保全（100%）等录音
2. 根据公司规定电话行销的销售话术和监听标准，对每日出单的录音进行监听，发现问题及时反馈给业务主管进行处理。（每月最少一次）
3. 遵照公司要求的质量监控标准对每一份保单的销售录音进行评分，并进行统一评估，并采取相应的措施
4. 保证监听质量及数据提供的准确性，确保品质管理制度的统一执行
5. 完成个人既定的监听任务，与团队共同协作完成QA团队的监听指标
6. 按时提交监听报表，详细记录核听内容及处理结果，按时提交相关报告（每日，周，月定期提交）
7. 参与新人合规培训及团队沟通会工作
8. 与销售团队保持良好地沟通，及时向有关部门反馈风险控制信息，针对发现的问题提出相应的改进意见。

关键职位胜任能力：

1、大专以上学历，一年以上电话中心工作经验，有寿险电销行业经验者优先考虑；
2、具备良好的分析、判断能力，能迅速、准确的判断销售品质是否良好。
3、遵循职业规范和道德行为，具备较强的合规守法意识。
