LoopFitness (Guangzhou) will open our first centre in Guangzhou, Panyu, Cambridgeshire around 1st April 2018 and we are therefore looking for 6-8 full time coaches / instructors. Our opening hours are from 6am to 10pm seven days a week so both you and we have to be flexible on working hours, while we assures you that you have weekly schedules well ahead of time.

We are looking for service minded, enthusiastic and extroverted new colleagues, who will approach the task eagerly and make our customers feel exceptionally welcome at every visit.

We expect that you live our concept and values and obviously use the facilities yourself as part of your employment.

English or prior fitness instuctor experience are not requirements, but an added asset for you.

Your tasks will be to help our existing customers have an excellent, safe and regular fitness experience as well as support new members for their initial trial period. In addition you will ensure your loop circle is kept 100% clean, tidy and running to the satisfaction of our customers. You will manage the support staff that assist you keeping our facilities outstanding. You are not expected to sell directly, but will be evaluated on your ability to keep our customers engaged and happy with our finess and facilities.
